If you're not completely satisfied with the purchased item(s), please return it to us in the same packaging and condition you received it for an exchange or full refund, and return to reach us within the period of 21 days of the order despatch date. For customers ordering outside the UK all returned item(s) must reach us within the period of 17 days of the dispatch date.We'll always make allowances for disruption to postal services which might affect your return getting back to us.

How to return item(s)

You should retain and provide the original packaging for all returned items. The returning sealed package must be clearly labelled as ‘Returned Goods’ with our return address details and marked with your original ‘Customer Order Number’ provided to you by email at point of sale, please ensure return postage is sent recorded delivery, if however, for any reason we do not receive your returned goods you must Contact Us and provide proof-of-delivery before we can process a refund.

Return postage - you will need to pay return postage on 'Returned Goods' unless otherwise stated and ensure returns are recorded proof-of-delivery. We may make allowance to refund your return paid postage where made clear it has been our fault in supplying the wrong item(s).

Interest of hygiene - when trying on purchased items avoid them coming into contact with cosmetic makeup or lotions and make sure bottoms like briefs or panties are tried on over your own underwear, we may refuse returns where this guideline has not been followed.

Items that can't be returned – items excluded from the return policy and non-refundable are Gift cards, Hosiery, Thongs and G Strings.

How we deal with your returned goods

Once returned goods have been received we'll send you email notifications to keep you updated with status of your return to the completion of your exchange or refund on the order. All email correspondence will be sent to the address given at time of your order regardless of subsequent changes of email address on your account. We'll endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible and allow up to seven days from when we received it. If no return instructions are enclosed with the goods, we will assume to issue a refund for the returned items.

Refunds – issued refund will be credited back to the PayPal account used to pay for the original order. We'll send an email letting you known once your refund has been submitted, please allow up to a further five working days for PayPal to process the credit to your account (this delay is unfortunately outside our control). Sorry, but we can't offer credit notes.

Faulty goods

If the item(s) you ordered from us fails prematurely due to either defective manufacturing or materials, we will provide you with an appropriate replacement, or full or partial refund, in all cases we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the fault so that we can provide feedback to the manufacture for quality assurance purposes. It is important to us that you call our Customer Service to report faulty goods as soon as possible so that we may help remedy any inconvenienced caused.
